IT Systems Design, Development and Deployment

  • For one of the largest Computer and Peripherals Catalogue companies, conducted business mapping, analyzed, designed and constructed a new B2C business model for selling their goods online. The business was implemented, with Broadvision, SUN and Oracle, in less then 90 days, in support of the holiday season. (Consumer Goods, Durable)
  • For two of the world’s largest Consumer Food giants conducted a full business mapping and related Promotion Planning software selection, process reengineering, organizational redesign and implementation. (Consumer Goods, Non-Durable)
  • For one of the largest Networking and Peripherals, conducted business mapping and implemented a CRM and web content management tool in support of their customer care initiatives utilizing Interwoven tools. (Hardware and Electronics)
  • For one the world’s largest Technology Consulting and Outsourcing companies, analyzed designed and constructed a B2B exchange, in support of billions in indirect materials and labor purchases. The product utilized the iPlanet suite of tools and Oracle on SUN boxes. (Diversified IT Services)
  • For the largest global consulting and accounting firm, managed a project encompassing the creation of standards as apply to systems development in the Client/Server-GUI environment. The project included the design and development of an "Analysis and Design Work Group" software and associated functionality needed to accommodate the tracking and application of these standards in the development of information systems.   • For a fortune 500 software company, implemented an online purchasing capability utilizing Ariba. For the same company introduced digital strategy and portfolio management techniques in support of their new business and spin-off initiatives. (Software)
  • For one of the world’s largest Commercial Fueling Networks, analyzed, designed and constructed a custom global, credit card transaction-processing capability, with associated CRM and support infrastructure. (Oil, Gas and Energy)
  • For one of the largest Gas and Electric Utilities in the US, managed, designed and developed the "Gas Procurement, Scheduling and Accounting" portfolio of systems, from business requirements through deployment. We commercialized the product in order to service the national utilities vertical practice clients of the largest consulting and accounting firm. The product was built to be highly flexible and adaptable given the nature of the deregulated environment for which it was built. This was the first client/server-GUI application ever built with Oracle, and for MS Windows. (Oil, Gas and Energy)
  • For one of the largest Gas and Electric Utilities in the US, managed and designed the "Imbalance Tracking and Trading" portfolio of system in response to FERC rule 636 addendum as apply to suppliers of gas. FERC rule 636 speaks to all aspects of deregulation as apply to transporters, suppliers and end-users of gas as well as the industries that serve them. (Oil, Gas and Energy)
  • For one of the largest Gas and Electric Utilities in the US, conducted business mapping and determined the business requirements needed to support the "Capacity Brokering" addendum to FERC rule 636. Additionally, managed the analysis, design and implementation of the "Gas Inventory Management and Brokering" portion of the system. (Oil, Gas and Energy)
  • For yet another of the large utilities, reviewed existing portfolios and analyzed business and systems requirements in response to deregulation rulings (FERC 636.) The analysis resulted in an enterprise wide vision and a portfolio of initiatives that would drive them to their vision. (Oil, Gas and Energy)
  • For one of the top ten engineering and construction organizations, analyzed, designed and built a custom Cost Management and Expert System portfolio of applications for construction projects, facilities and HR management. (Oil, Gas and Energy)
